Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from urban-london.com free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. We will issue a full refund once we have received the returned goods and carried out an inspection of the item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5 working days. Please note postage costs are not refundable, unless a wrong item was sent, or if the item was damaged. When returning an item please include the original invoice with the fault or the reason for the return. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from urban-london.com. The original items should be returned within 14 days of the request for exchange. You can change the size or colour of your items. Exchanging an item bought on urban-london.com is easy but you will be responsible for the return postage unless the item sent out to you is detective or damaged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theurbanlondon.com and send your item to Urban UK Limited 333 Edgware Road, London, NW9 6TD. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
